ADS Doctoral Day 11 March

We are pleased to announce that registrations for the ADS Doctoral Day are now open! This event offers tailor-made info sessions for both starting PhD researchers and doctoral researchers further along their trajectory.

We would love to welcome you at Stadscampus. However, there's also the possibility of following most of the programme online.

Guidelines for AI in research

Did you know that the use of (generative) Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools must be mentioned in the methodology section of your publication or presentation (including your doctoral thesis)?

To guide you, our university has established guidelines on how to use (generative) AI in a responsible manner in research. Embrace the benefits of AI, but remain critical.

FWO Travel Grants:

The additional conditions for FWO Travel Grants, have been incorporated into the internal FWO Travel Grant application procedure for educational credit: check the updated flowchart on our website.

The additional conditions are also included in the application form for the educational credit.

Student Assemblies

Take part in the Student Assemblies on 28 February and 21 March (10 a.m. – 1 p.m., with lunch) to share your ideas and experiences on diversity and inclusion. Collaborate with other researchers to develop initiatives that will be presented directly to decision makers during the Diversity and Inclusion Day on 1 April. This is your chance to make your voice heard and highlight what matters most to you in creating an inclusive university!
