Welcome week

Attending the welcome week from 16 till 20 September is compulsory for all international degree students.

Arrival date in Antwerp

Please plan to arrive in Antwerp by Sunday, 15 September 2024.

For those applying for a student visa: it is important that you specify this date in your visa application too.

If you need to arrive earlier to finalise your accommodation contract, then please give an earlier date.
