Summer School:

Companies Crossing Borders

What?

This summer school focuses on key legal considerations for companies crossing borders. This will be done from various perspectives: mergers and acquisitions, (aggressive) tax (planning), labour, intellectual property, insolvency and international contracts.

Where?

On campus at the University of Antwerp or online

When?

27 June - 1 July 2022

Who?

Students with a bachelor's degree in Laws or Economics,

or students who are enrolled in their third year.

Students with similar competences (to be assessed on a case-by-case basis)

are eligible for this summer school as well.

A good understanding of English is required.

Application details

Applications must be finalized (online) by 1 May 2022 for non-EU nationals on campus, and by 15 May 2022 for EU nationals and online participants. 

Registration fee

Participation on campus: €450

Digital participation: €350

University of Antwerp students are entitled to a refund of € 150.

Credits

3 ECTS credits are awarded upon successful completion of the programme.
